Each Abhinav Sringar piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans with great care and attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in design, finish, or colour are natural and make every product unique. All items undergo a strict quality check before dispatch.
Because of this handmade and customized process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we gladly provide exchange options under certain conditions.
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If the product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, you may request an exchange.
The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Other Exchange Reasons (Size, Fit, Weight, Colour Preferences):
If you wish to exchange for reasons such as size issues, colour concerns, or if the item feels heavy, you may send it back for an exchange.
Customers are required to bear the reverse pickup and re-shipping charges of ₹400 across India.
To initiate an exchange:

Include your Order Number, a clear photo of the product, and a brief explanation of your concern.
All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Pickup & Shipping:
Our courier partner can arrange a reverse pickup, or you may ship the product back to us with the original packaging to speed up the process.
If you self-ship, a shipping reimbursement of ₹110 will be credited to you once we receive the parcel.
Once we receive the returned product, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 3 working days (subject to stock availability).
The exchanged item will be delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Notification is mandatory: Exchanges are accepted only if we are informed within 3 days of delivery.
Single Exchange: A product can be exchanged once per order.
Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested item.
Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging to qualify.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Products on sale, home décor items, rakhis, bags, and international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Natural Delays: Exchange processing may take longer than usual during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
